The Army Green Service Uniform (AGSU) commonly called “Pinks and Greens” draws heavily upon the proud heritage forged by the United States Army in the 20th century. The look of the AGSU closely resembles the Army Service Uniform worn by Army Officers starting in the early 1930s, during World War II, and up until 1954 and the arrival of the Class A Army Green Uniform.
The collaboration to create the AGSU began in the spring of 2017, when Flying Cross was contracted by the U.S. Army. Unfortunately, many service members are not pleased with the fit from our competitors. This may be because these companies specialize in standard fit uniforms. Contrarily, Washington Apparel Company is a premium menswear company with a focus on bespoke tailoring. As a veteran owned and operated corporation, Washington Apparel Company is proud to manufacture the AGSU.
