Most frequently asked questions and answers

Memberships are 30 day intervals from the time you begin your membership. Memberships do not expire so long as you complete your pre-payment subscription.

Memberships are recurring transactions that are paid in 30 day intervals from the day you begin your membership. The payment will be withdrawn monthly on the anniversary of the date you began your subscription.

If you wish to cancel your membership subscription, you should do so prior to the payment draft. Failing to do so will result in a processed payment. There are no refunds for partially-paid terms, however, your membership will expire the following term. To cancel, navigate to your ACCOUNT DASHBOARD and select the MEMBERSHIPS tab.

This list covers the fundamental principles of membership. Members are expected to adhere to these guidelines or are subject to membership cancellation.
 
  1. Members must maintain high moral and ethical standards. Any improper or criminal involvement within the Clubhouse will result in dismissal.

  2. A vibrant network depends on the diversity of its members. We promote a culture of respect and courtesy, expecting disagreements to be handled diplomatically and constructively.
  3. Each member is expected to attend at least one event quarterly, where feasible.

  4. Members are encouraged to contribute time, mentorship, etc. to support the professional and personal growth of fellow members.

  5. Though promotion is not mandatory, members are encouraged to promote the group’s activities positively within their professional networks.

By adhering to these dress code rules, members can uphold a sophisticated and professional image while attending events and activities within the exclusive network.

  1. Standard Events: Members should dress in casual attire for most events, combining elements of business wear with relaxed style. Casual might include some combination of stylish blazers or jackets, collared shirts, and trousers for men and similar standard for women. No leisure attire is allowed.

  2. Upscale Events: For our more formal events, members are expected to dress in elegant cocktail attire. This demonstrates respect for the occasion and adds to the sophistication of the gathering.

A portion of Clubhouse event revenue, in-kind donations, and proceeds from private rentals directly support the INCspire Foundation’s mission to empower young designers, entrepreneurs, and professionals through mentorship and career-building programs. Your membership helps fund these efforts—and every visit makes a difference.

If you’d like a transaction receipt for tax purposes, just let us know. We’re happy to provide documentation for any eligible donations or event-related contributions.
