As a Consultant, you’ll guide clients through consultation appointments, recommend fabrics, and ensure they walk away looking and feeling their best.

Complete the Training
Learn the art of consultation, menswear fundamentals, and our signature sales process through our FREE online training.
Get your kit
After training, purchase your Consultant Toolkit which includes fabric swatches, a measuring tape, and everything needed for appointments.
Start selling
Meet with clients in our showroom or at your own private appointments. Use our portal to record measurements, place orders, and track commissions.

You’ll earn 15%–40% commission on every sale, with rates increasing as you grow. Use links to build your own following. Our leaderboard and rewards system keeps top performers recognized and rewarded.
Earnings depend on your activity and consistency. New Consultants earn 15% commission, while top performers earn 40%. Selling just two suits per week could earn over $20,000 annually in commission. This allows the Consultant Program to provide supplementary income, or become your primary source of self-employment.
While you’re ultimately responsible for promoting yourself and building your client base, we provide tools, visibility, and structure to help you succeed. Your name will be listed on our website’s integrated booking system, allowing clients to select you directly when scheduling their appointment. When a client does not request a specific Consultant, especially for in-store consultations, the Office Manager will reach out to available Consultants in the area to assign the appointment. In addition, we run ongoing digital ads, social media campaigns, and email outreach to drive traffic to our site and showroom, generating a steady flow of leads.
No prior tailoring experience is needed. We train you through the Consultant Training Program (CTP), covering everything from fittings to fabric selection.
You decide how much or little to work. Some Consultants see 2–4 clients per month; others build a full-time client book. The more you sell, the higher your commission rate climbs.
