Understand that EVERY item we sell is made to order, when you order it. Generally, our items are manufactured and shipped in 30-45 days. Shipping time will vary by location and by which method you select in completing your order.

Our Made-to-Measure (MTM) program is ideal for those seeking custom fit with a quicker turnaround. Once your garment is  purchased online the order enters production: materials are sourced and cut, then shipped to our trusted tailoring partners in Italy or South Korea based on your selected construction style. Once completed, garments return to our Fayetteville showroom for QAQC inspection. Garments are then shipped directly to the client with optional virtual fitting assistance.

Yes. Clients may enter their own measurements through their account dashboard using our Measurement Vault system. Once logged in, you’ll save your measurements directly to your profile, where they are securely stored and used for future custom orders.

Every measurement submission is reviewed by our team before production begins. If anything appears inconsistent, we’ll reach out to confirm or recommend adjustments to ensure the best possible fit.

Because each garment is custom-made, custom garments are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if adjustments are needed due to fit, we stand by our craftsmanship and will work with you on reasonable refinements in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
