OUR PRODUCTS
Each item in our inventory is made when you order it. This greatly reduces waste, depreciation of inventory, and storage requirements which allows us to manufacture at a better price point. Our direct partnership with industry-leading textile manufacturers such as Dormeiul and Samsung Goldentex enables us to produce quality garments at a range of price points.
OUR PROCESS
We offer three tiers of service: Bespoke, Made-to-Measure, and Standard Size. These vary slightly for in store orders and online.
In Store:
- Bespoke garments are our most exclusive offering and are crafted entirely in-house at our Fayetteville, NC workshop. This process begins with a comprehensive consultation and measurement session. Once your garment is commissioned, our Head Cutter drafts your pattern and prepares a digital rendering for client approval. Once approved, a hand-drafted pattern is created by our Head Cutter. Fabrics are then hand-cut and sewn on-site. You’ll attend a basted fitting and multiple fittings to ensure a truly one-of-a-kind garment shaped to your preferences.
- Our Made-to-Measure (MTM) program is ideal for those seeking custom fit with a quicker turnaround. Once your garment is commissioned, our Head Cutter drafts your pattern and prepares a digital rendering for client approval. Upon confirmation, the order enters production: materials are sourced and cut, then shipped to our trusted tailoring partners in Italy or South Korea based on your selected construction style. Once completed, garments return to our Fayetteville showroom. Clients are then invited for a final fitting with on-site alterations assistance.
Online:
- Our Made-to-Measure (MTM) program is ideal for those seeking custom fit with a quicker turnaround. Once your garment is purchased online the order enters production: materials are sourced and cut, then shipped to our trusted tailoring partners in Italy or South Korea based on your selected construction style. Once completed, garments return to our Fayetteville showroom for QAQC inspection. Garments are then shipped directly to the client with optional virtual fitting assistance.
- For those selecting from our Standard Size offerings, no consultation or measurements are used. Once your garment is purchased, the order enters production: materials are sourced and cut, then shipped to our trusted tailoring partners in Italy or South Korea. Once completed, garments return to our Fayetteville showroom for QAQC inspection, then shipped to the client.
