These Subscription Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Clubhouse Subscription Membership (the “Membership”) offered by Washington Apparel Company (the “Company”). By subscribing to the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
1.1 Description: The Membership provides subscribers with access to benefits specified on the Company’s website.
1.2 Subscription Fee: The Membership requires a recurring subscription fee, the amount of which is detailed on the Company’s website. The fee will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during the subscription process.
1.3 Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the subscription fee at the specified intervals.
2. Subscription Term and Renewal
2.1 Term: The term of the Membership is paid and renews monthly on the anniversary of the date of the initial payment. The Membership will automatically renew unless canceled by the subscriber.
2.2 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their Membership at any time by accessing their account settings on the Company’s website. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent automatic renewal.
3. Refunds and Returns
3.1 Refunds: The subscription fee is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refunds will not be provided for partial periods of Membership.
3.2 Returns: The Membership provides access to digital content, and as such, there are no physical products to be returned.
4. Use of Membership
4.1 Personal Use: The Membership is for personal use only. Subscribers may not share their login credentials or otherwise provide access to non-members.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: Subscribers agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized use of the Company’s content, reverse engineering, or any other activity that could harm the Company or its Members.
5. Changes to Terms
5.1 Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes through email or by posting updated Terms on the Company’s website.
5.2 Continued Use: Continued use of the Membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate a subscriber’s Membership at its discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
6.2 Termination by Subscriber: Subscribers may terminate their Membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in Section 2.

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
CLUBHOUSE RULES
Members must maintain high moral and ethical standards. Any improper or criminal involvement within the Clubhouse will result in dismissal.
- A vibrant network depends on the diversity of its members. We promote a culture of respect and courtesy, expecting disagreements to be handled diplomatically and constructively.
Each member is expected to attend at least one event quarterly.
Members are encouraged to contribute time, mentorship, etc. to support the professional and personal growth of fellow members.
Though promotion is not mandatory, members are encouraged to promote the group’s activities positively within their professional networks.
CLUBHOUSE DRESS CODE
By adhering to these dress code rules, members can uphold a sophisticated and professional image while attending events and activities within the exclusive network.
Standard Events: Members should dress in casual or cocktail attire for most events, combining elements of business wear with relaxed style. Casual might include stylish blazers or jackets, collared shirts, and trousers for men and similar standard for women.
Elegant Evening Wear for Upscale Events: For our formal events, members are expected to dress in elegant evening wear, such as tuxedos and gowns. This demonstrates respect for the occasion and adds to the sophistication of the gathering.
Fitness Attire for Active Sessions: During fitness-focused sessions or activities, members should wear appropriate attire conducive to physical activity, such as athletic wear or gym attire. This ensures comfort and practicality while maintaining a stylish appearance.
