CLUBHOUSE MEMBERSHIP

These Subscription Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Clubhouse Subscription Membership (the “Membership”) offered by Washington Apparel Company (the “Company”). By subscribing to the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

1.1 Description: The Membership provides subscribers with access to benefits specified on the Company’s website.

1.2 Subscription Fee: The Membership requires a recurring subscription fee, the amount of which is detailed on the Company’s website. The fee will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during the subscription process.

1.3 Payment: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the subscription fee at the specified intervals.

2. Subscription Term and Renewal

2.1 Term: The initial term of the Membership is unlimited. The Membership will automatically renew for successive terms equal to the initial term unless canceled by the subscriber.

2.2 Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their Membership at any time by accessing their account settings on the Company’s website. Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent automatic renewal.

3. Refunds and Returns

3.1 Refunds: The subscription fee is non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Refunds will not be provided for partial periods of Membership.

3.2 Returns: The Membership provides access to digital content, and as such, there are no physical products to be returned.

4. Use of Membership

4.1 Personal Use: The Membership is for personal use only. Subscribers may not share their login credentials or otherwise provide access to non-members.

4.2 Prohibited Activities: Subscribers agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to unauthorized use of the Company’s content, reverse engineering, or any other activity that could harm the Company or its Members.

5. Changes to Terms

5.1 Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes through email or by posting updated Terms on the Company’s website.

5.2 Continued Use: Continued use of the Membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate a subscriber’s Membership at its discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

6.2 Termination by Subscriber: Subscribers may terminate their Membership at any time by following the cancellation procedures outlined in Section 2.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration.
