VISUAL ARTISTS CALL

INCspire Foundation, in collaboration with Black Artists Forward, is now accepting submissions from visual artists for the upcoming Fashion & Arts Summer Soirée.

We are seeking original works that reflect creativity, culture, and artistic expression across a range of mediums. Selected works will be professionally printed on canvas and displayed as part of the event experience.

WHO SHOULD APPLY

We are inviting NC and SC based artists working in:

  • Painting

  • Drawing / Illustration

  • Photography

  • Digital Art

  • Mixed Media

SUMBISSION REQUIREMENTS

To ensure a cohesive and elevated presentation, all selected works will follow a standardized format:

  • Artwork must be suitable for 24 x 36 inch print

  • Files must be submitted in high-resolution (300 DPI recommended)

  • Artwork must be original and owned by the submitting artist

  • Artists must have full rights to reproduce their work for display

Selected pieces will be printed on canvas and professionally displayed during the event.

ROLES AND OPPORTUNITIES

Event Setup & Breakdown
Assist with décor, signage, seating, and overall event preparation.

Welcome guests, assist with check-in, guide attendees throughout the venue.

Assist with beverage service, replenishment, and guest needs (non-bar roles).

 

Artist & Vendor Support
Help coordinate artist setup, assist vendors, ensure smooth operation.

  • Evening (5pm-10pm) (Event Execution)

Requirements:

  • Must be 18+ 
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the event.
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Dress in clean attire (white shirt with beige trousers)
